An internal system for the business.
A silent walkthrough of the current Noodle Broadbeach portal, captured from its test store: the sales dashboard, weekly roster with overnight shifts, accounting overview, and attendance reporting.
01 / The business
Less scattered admin. More useful information.
A multi-store business needs a consistent view of daily sales, staff availability, and accounting records. This platform brings those workflows together, replacing scattered spreadsheets and messages with a shared internal application.
02 / My contribution
From interface to business logic.
As the full-stack developer, I built the reporting, accounting, and rostering workflows, connecting the frontend to APIs and MongoDB Atlas. Store-scoped roles give administrators, managers, and staff the appropriate view of the system.
The current portal brings together daily sales and payment breakdowns, invoice-based expense tracking, weekly rosters with overnight shifts, staff availability, holidays, and bonus days. Attendance reports add paid hours, breaks, overtime, labour costs, and comparisons against the roster. English and Chinese interfaces support the people using it day to day.
